Insights into the Adolescent Brain
Saturday 25th October, 10–11:30am
Join us at HUT on the Green for an interactive morning workshop designed especially for parents or guardians in support of their children. Together we’ll explore the fascinating world of the adolescent brain and gain a better understanding of what’s really going on beneath the surface during these formative years.
The session will include practical tools for regulating big emotions, foundational strategies for supporting balanced and resilient teens, and a chance to ask questions in a relaxed and supportive setting. Refreshments will be provided.
