We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.
If you need to cancel your place on a workshop or event, we’re happy to offer a full refund provided you give us at least 7 days’ notice before the event date.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, as we’ve already committed to materials, tutor time, and planning based on confirmed numbers.
If you can’t attend, you’re very welcome to send someone in your place – just let us know their name in advance.
