It's worth remembering that often the most uncomplicated designs are the most effective\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHOW TO TRANSFER A DESIGN\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is usually done by either sketching direct onto the lino, or transferring an existing image using tracing paper - some images might need to be simplified for them to work\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e* It's important to remember that the lino plate will print it's mirror image (if you want text or letters they should be carved backwards!)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCUTTING THE LINO PLATE\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eV vs U... it's a good idea to have a play around with the cutting tools as different shapes do different jobs.
